The United Church of
Shirley
is a Bible based Protestant
community church with a congregation that welcomes believers from all
Christian backgrounds.
Our Pastor is Stephen Nyakairu. He is available for
consultation and visitation every Monday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
and Wednesday from Noon - 9 p.m.. Call
the church office at 978-425-4065 if you wish to make an appointment to
see him.
Our building is located at the corner of Harvard and Lancaster
Roads in Shirley Village. There is a wheelchair ramped entrance from
the back parking lot.
Sunday
School Classes for all ages, pre-school through adult starts at 9:15
a.m.
Our Sunday morning Worship services
begin at 10:30 a.m.
During Worship there is child care for pre-schoolers and a children's
Choir for school age children.
Coffee Hour and Fellowship follow Sunday Worship.
On the first Sunday of each month there is a luncheon fellowship and
crafts workshop for all who wish to help make items for the Church
Christmas Fair.
Our Youth Group meets on alternating Wednesdays from 6:30 - 8:30
p.m.
On the other Wednesdays, there is a group of adults studying the book
of James from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
The Senior Choir rehearses on alternating Thursdays and welcome teen
and adult singers.
There is also a 9:30 a.m. Friday morning women's study group.

The Church Office is open Thursday mornings from 10 a.m. - noon with
Executive Secretary Carl Ablett available to answer questions.
