A point of interest can be selected on the map in two ways:
| (1) | select its name in one of the control panels at the bottom or top of the map -- its location on the map will then be highlighted |
| (2) | click its location on the map using the mouse -- its location on the map will then be highlighted and its name will be displayed in the control panels at the bottom and top of the map |
Clicking a "Description" button activates a window that displays detailed information on the point of interest currently selected.
This is a work in progress. More descriptive information will be forthcoming as will more points of interest. Eventually there will be an additional "Picture" button which will enable a picture to be shown of each point of interest. Your suggestions and questions are welcome.
