The Hoe Down Committee tries to not have more than one booth selling the same sort of food item. Shirley organizations that have had specific food or activity booths in the past will be given priority to sell the same items again. Public service information booths are not charged.

Sales people must bring their own tables and awnings, and if selling food, must bring their own trash barrels.

This table (does) (does not) require electricity. (Heavy-duty extension cords will be required if electricity is needed.)

The Hoe Down Committee will send out confirmation letters, advertising flyers, and further details in late May.
